  • RAIL TOUR - 'HUMBER PADDLE STEAMER TOUR' - An RCTS tour run on July 4th, 1976, that included a trip across the Humber on the paddle steamer 'Lincoln Castle'.<br /> 31322 took the 8 coach train up the ECML as far as Newark, then via Lincoln to New Holland. Return was via Scunthorpe and Doncaster, then the ECML.

  • RAIL TOUR - 'IVATT ATLANTIC SPECIAL' - Run by BR on November 26th, 1950, to mark the withdrawal of the last Ivatt Atlantic in traffic. The train was hauled northbound by 62822, which was removed at Doncaster and withdrawn to the Works. Her place was taken, appropriately, by 60123 HA IVATT for the return journey. A tour of Doncaster Works was included.
  • RAIL TOUR - 'JOINT LINE BUMPER' - On March 13th, 1982, F&W Railtours organised this trip to catch the GN/GE Joint Line before it closed on November 1st.
