Pictures in this gallery are of tickets for enthusiast rail tours of various sorts, including photographs, programmes, brochures and flyers where I have them. I have attempted to differentiate them into enthusiast specials and trains that were mere excursions of interest to the general public as well, probably not entirely successfully! RAIL TOUR - 'WHISTLER FINALE' - organised by TP Railtours and run on March 9th, 1985. 40122, ex D200, passes March South box on this tour to mark the end of Class 40 in regular traffic. The tour ran as follows:-

D200 - York - Church Fenton - Micklefield - Cross Gates - Leeds - Gelderd Road Jn - Wakefield Westgate - South Kirkby Jn - Doncaster - (via ECML) - Grantham - Peterborough - Whittlesea - March - Ely - Chippenham Jn - Bury St Edmunds - Ipswich - Harwich Parkstone Quay
- Manningtree - Colchester - Chelmsford - Stratford - approx 1/4 mile short of London Liverpool Street (to avoid run round in station and allow D200 to go for fuel).
31225 - approx 1/4 mile short of London Liverpool Street - London Liverpool Street
D200 - London Liverpool Street - Bethnal Green - Hackney Downs - Clapton Jn - Cheshunt - Broxbourne - Cambridge - Ely - (reverse of outward route) - Grantham (missed Grantham stop and had to reverse about 1 mile) - (reverse of outward route) - York.
