FENLAND SECOND GENERATION DIESEL MULTIPLE UNITS

Included here are pictures taken of Second Generation DMU's, including those few DEMU's we've had long here, between Peterborough East Junction and Ely North Junction, all of the Queen Adelaide crossings included and the erstwhile Wisbech Branch. Some of the old 35mm slides from the '80's are a bit blurry but then those were the days of 65ASA film, 1/125th and Focus DIY. These are probably best looked at in large format.   • Class 156 419 approaches March East Junction running as 5Z56 Crown Point - Burton on Trent, 26/07/18. I turned out especially for this! RTT gave no clue that it was a Sprinter and running to Burton instead of Derby or Crewe fooled me too. Grrrrr!
