  • 701 - 29 Class MPD Power Cars built between 1957 and 1962 (Nos.36-65) for services over ex-NCC lines and to Londonderry - rans as 1,2 or 3-car sets using 18 trailer cars - Nos.36-62, single cab units, were all withdrawn by 1981 while the last double cab unit was withdrawn in 1983 - here we see DTB No.701 at Belfast York Road in 1985.
  • 3016 - 23 3-car DMU's built by CAF, Spain, in 2004 - seen here on a Belfast Central - Bangor train.
  • 8068 - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car - supplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977 - brings up the rear of 1300 Bangor - Portadown at Belfast Central, 23/10/02.
  • 8069 - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car - supplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977 - 09/11 all withdrawn from service - 2013 to Sandite duties after overhaul at Barton Under Needwood - 11/17 withdrawn - preserved D&CDR - seen here at Lisburn with 8090.
  • 8069 - Class 80 DEMU - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car. suplplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977. With the arrival of CAF-built Class 3000 units in 2008, all were withdrawn but six were retained and formed into 4 car units of 2 power cars and two trailers, trailers coupled inwards.
  • 8069 - Class 80 DEMU - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car. supplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977. With the arrival of CAF-built Class 3000 units in 2008, all were withdrawn but six were retained and formed into 4 car units of 2 power cars and two trailers, trailers coupled inwards - seen here at Whitehead.
