In this gallery are to be found all pictures of Northern Ireland Railways diesel locomotives and diesel railcars. Some of these pictures were taken by me and some were bought. 86 - Class 80 DEMU - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car. supplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977/9. With the arrival of CAF-built Class 3000 units in 2008, all were withdrawn but six were retained and formed into 4 car units of 2 power cars and two trailers, trailers coupled inwards - seen here at Ballinderry in July 1980.

86 - Class 80 DEMU - 9 sets built by BREL in 1974, 4x3-car, 5x2-car. supplemented by a further build of 12 sets in 1977/9.
