MUGSHOTS

This gallery has been the cause of much soul searching for me. I know a lot of people will not like having pictures of themselves put on display on the Internet but I can't see what real harm can be done at this remove. I won't bore with who I am! I'm sure most of you can work it out. I've probably bored a lot of you over the years. I found this box of pictures while looking for something else. I was going to bin them but then I thought there might be some of you out there in your early 50's who don't have pictures from this period of your lives (and quite grateful too, I should think). So here they are, poor quality contact prints, available for you to copy. If you remember, when you came in as First Year, you all had your picture taken for the pupil record cards and it was taken again in the 4th Year, plus those who'd managed to escape the first time around. The last 15 or so are later than the rest, better quality and of older boys and I have no info on them. Most of the rest have names on them and forms in some cases. Some of these poor unfortunates were in Form 1O, which was my form. I have no idea how I came by these as I was nothing to do with this operation, it being the job of Roland Smith and Ray Page. However, I have them and here they are, with such details as I have. I hope they will make at least a few people smile.
